We major on musical instruments, sound and vision products, including DJ and disco equipment, hi-fi kit, and a constantly changing line up of other new and used goods.
Are all the items on this site new?
Most of the items we have for sale on our website are brand new, they are bought directly from our suppliers (see external links page). On occasion we may sell some items which are second hand or 'graded' items, any of these items will be clearly listed as such on the website
Where are you located?
We are located close to the beautifully redeveloped dock area of Preston near to most of the main A roads and motorway networks.
I live quite close to you, can i come and pick my item up?
If it is easier for you to collect the item than have it delivered you can come to our office to collect it, however many of our items are stored in seperate warehouses, please call in advance on 01257 469009 and we will get the item sent to our office so you can collect it.
I want to order an item, how can i pay?
We can take paypal and most credit/debit cards using the checkout function of our store, if you do not wish to pay for the item online we can also take most major credit/debit cards over the phone (call 01257 469009), we can also take cheques\postal orders, or cash if you decide to collect the item yourself.
I have seen an item in one of the PDF catalogs or a suppliers website, can you get it for me?
We have access to most items in our suppliers stock catalog, if you see something you are interested in, feel free to call us on 01257 469009 or send an email (email@example.com) and we will find out the price and availability of the item for you.
Do you offer a warranty for the items on your site?
All the items on our site come with a 12 month return to base warranty.
I ordered an item from you but it hasn't arrived what can I do?
It may be possible that a delivery was attempted, try looking near your doorway for a "we tried but you were not in" style card, if this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try and trace the item from our end.
My item has arrived but seems to have been damaged in the post what should i do?
If your item appears to have been damaged in the post, please contact us as soon as posible, so we can contact the postal service used, we will also be happy to exchange any damaged items.
The item I bought seems to have developed a fault, what do i do now?
All our items come with a 12 month return to base warranty, if your item develops a fault, please contact us (phone 01257 469009 or email ). The item will need to be returned to the supplier, once recived the item will then be repaired or replaced.
