If I had to rate the service, speed of delivery, and the items themselves, I would give incredibid an 11 out of 10. Honestly, I expected delays since it was being shipped to the US AND it was ordered the week before Christmas BUT it arrived sooner than expected. Both guitar and case were wrapped extremely well and I got exactly what I thought I would. No surprises. I would definitely purchase something from you guys again! Or at the very least....
