Yesterday saw the publication of our Facebook group.
Old methods of keeping customers up to date with news, such as an email newsletter, seem, well just that-old. This writer is of a certain age to think that MySpace and Facebook was for the kids, and stood firmly in the far corner when others around me embraced the overwhelming tide of new communication methods which seem to arrive every year. Hell I was the last in my street to get a mobile phone, and only recently accepted that TEXTING was a legitimate form of getting words from your brain to another! But I can see new applications coming along to challenge the old new guard-how long before Facebook puts a big dint in Googles monopoly?

| Burns Bison Guitar Update | | |  | March 18th 2010

Well, it was a long time coming, but they are back! The Burns Bison guitar AND Burns Bison bass are available again. And now, with the luxury Burns fitted flightcases supplied with them. This has always been an issue with the unique shaped Bisons as a case was very hard to find . But the Bison/Case conundrum is over, as ya get a free one!
And as you will see from the photos, the design has been upgraded. The bass now has the very latest Burns NuSonic pickups, the scratch plate contrasts the body finish, the gold hardware is retained.
Available in black or white in guitar or bass, we think these are the best basses you can buy. But we would say that.

In line with bringing you the more interesting guitars etc we are happy to have become retailers of Italia Guitars. Like our Burns, Italia are definitely unusual, and look and sound different to the boring Fenders, Gibson, etc that every body else peddles these days.
Retro? Very. Niche? Yes indeed. Good instruments? Absolutely. Italia Guitars are becoming very popular in the music scene, and have been seen round the shoulders of some famous players indeed.

| The Burns Hank Marvin £649.99 | | |  | UPDATED 07/01/10

The last couple of these we have will go at £649.99. New stock wil be in excess of £700, maybe near to £800 I'm afraid.
Originally designed in 1964 by Hank Marvin & Jim Burns (then owner of the Burns London guitar company). The Burns 'Marvin' electric guitar was used by hank and the shadows during their 1964 tour.
The Guitar has now been re-issued as part of the Burns 'Signature' Series, these new models were used by the shadows on the 2004 on the 'Final Tour'.
We have a very limited number of These Burns Marvin Signature Guitars available.
